Do I need an appointment?
To try on dresses, we do advise you to make an appointment, just in case we have someone else booked in. Weekends are always very busy, often fully booked and its very unlikely the dressing room would be available without booking an appointment. Although if you call in and we can see you, we will do. Feel free to drop by and browse our collection anytime during our opening hours.

How long does an appointment last?
Appointments are 1 hour 15 minutes where you can try on as many dresses as you like.

What should I bring to my appointment?
You may want to bring pictures of dresses you have seen in magazines or have tried on elsewhere. Always bring an open mind, don’t be afraid to try on styles you might not have considered.

Who should I bring to my appointment?
It is always helpful to bring someone you trust to your appointment. We advise one to three people ideally as this makes for a relaxed but informative experience. We generally find that too many people make it hard for brides to decide on what wedding dress they truly love; and may distract from the overall experience.

What size gowns are available for me to try on?
Our sample gowns are in sizes 10-16. Samples are intended to give you an idea of the style. When ordering a dress, we would take your measurements and make a recommendation on the most suitable size. All wedding dresses are available from sizes 6 – 30.

What is the price range of your dresses?
Our bridal gowns are priced between £700 and £1200. Our aim is not only to provide beautiful dresses, but to provide them at a reasonable price. Alterations are NOT included in the price of the gowns, but an idea of these costs can be provided at your appointment.

How do I pay for my dress?
A 50% deposit is taken on the day you order your gown and the 50% balance is payable when you visit. Other payment methods available upon request, just speak to us!

How quickly can you get a dress in?
16 to 24 weeks is our standard delivery time. Quicker turnaround times are usually possible, although there may be extra costs associated with this.

When should I schedule my first fitting?
When your Wedding Dress arrives, we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to come in for your first fitting. Normally, around eight weeks before your wedding day.

What is your returns policy?
All of our dresses (Bridal & Bridesmaid) are made-to-order, therefore are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged, either for a replacement or a credit note valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

What is your payment policy?
Payment can be made via all major credit and debit cards and cash is also accepted.

Do you do wedding dress alterations?
We do not undertake dress alterations ourselves, however we can recommend the services of several highly experienced bridal seamstresses and we will provide the contact details to our customers in store. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.
